CARF is a private, not-for-profit organization that accredits
programs and services in Adult Day Services, Behavioral Health,
Employment and Community Services, and Medical Rehabilitation.
CARF also develops and maintains practical and relevant standards
of quality for such programs.
NISH
www.nish.org
NISH, a national nonprofit agency, enhances the quality of
life of people with severe disabilities through increasing
employment opportunities. To this end, NISH provides professional
and technical assistance to not-for-profit community rehabilitation
programs, to encourage and assist participation in the JWOD
Program or other appropriate employment or training activities.
